Subryan Bangaru, RN General Manager

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the residence; Subryan provides leadership and strategic direction. Here guidance is instrumental in achieving a high level of care and service delivery for all residents, and ensuring their comfort and well being. His duties include overseeing the establishment and implementation of residence priorities and programs, goals and strategic planning initiatives. As Executive Director, Subryan’s mandate is to foster and sustain a resident-centred culture at the residence.

Mary Otterman Director of Wellness

Mary has worked in Long Term Care for 32 years. Mary ensures that the health and wellness needs of the residents are met by managing all aspects of the Wellness Team responsible for providing 24/7 on-site support and developing individualized care plans. It is the Director of Wellness’ responsibility to implement, manage and evaluate nursing, infection control and other health related programs and procedures. Your Director of Wellness contributes to the move-in process and day to day operations with regards to residents’ levels of care and health needs.

Richard Cox Director of Culinary Services

Richard manages all aspects of the culinary service within the residence and is responsible for the safe and efficient preparation and delivery of nutritious meals, snacks and drinks. Every day his priority is to provide an exceptional dining experience for the residents.

Karen Rohrer Life Enrichment Coordinator

Karen assesses the social and recreational needs of each resident to create relevant, fun and interesting social and recreational programs that reflect the unique interests of each of our residents. Her responsibility is to build recreation and social programs that empower our residents to flourish in mind, body and spirit and enjoy a joyful retirement.

Patrine Frey Community Relations Director

Patrine works closely with seniors and their loved ones to introduce them to all of the experiences and benefits of community living. Patrine is responsible for scheduling tours, setting up trial stays and creating opportunities to help find a lifestyle solution to suit each resident’s needs.

Kayla Winkworth Business Office Coordinator

Kayla provides administrative support for the Executive Director and other Department Managers. She manages accounting duties and assists with Concierge duties as well.

Trevor Taylor Environmental Services Coordinator

Trevor manages all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping within the facility to ensure that residents’ needs are met and that building quality, cleanliness and safety standards are upheld. He performs general routine maintenance, minor repairs and servicing operations and ensures compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
