My Journey to Becoming a Chef
My journey to become a chef began with watching the talents of Anna Olsen, Giada De Laurentiis, and Guy Fieri. The passion they put into all of their dishes, and treating food more than just fuel for the body, but also as a work of art. Learning how to build a dish with garnish to make it that more appealing to the eye. Making such simple ingredients into something new and more complex, and watching the way they used their tools so effortlessly in the kitchen. Watching and seeing the simple perfection in pastries and cake eventually inspired me to begin cake decorating.
