The Year of the Dragon

In 2012, the year of the Dragon, I created a window display for the Fung Loy Kok Taoist Society of Tillsonburg. The Dragon was 20 feet long and made of materials such as chicken wire and vinyl, it was painted in vibrant colours! For the next six months it was on display at the Tai Chi Society. Because it was such a conversation piece, the following March, we had the feat of moving the 20-foot dragon to its new home at the Tillsonburg library in the children’s section. A group of people worked together in a human chain to carry the dragon along the main street of Tillsonburg.
